How to use image resizer

Use pixels for online uploads. For a print size, choose millimetres, centimetres or inches and a DPI value. Fit keeps the entire image with a white border; crop fills the chosen dimensions. Pixel dimensions are verified after encoding.

  1. Choose the original file from your phone or computer.
  2. Set your requirements and inspect the preview where available.
  3. Prepare the file, check the result and download your copy.

Good to know

Does resizing change file size?

Yes, but dimensions and file size are different. Set a maximum KB limit as well when a form requires both.

What does DPI do?

DPI converts physical units into pixel dimensions. A 35 × 45 mm image at 300 DPI is 413 × 531 pixels. Print settings still control the final physical size.
